Compliance – English

We believe in compliance being an essential component of the sustainable success of our company, and we would like you to know that you can confide in us. One of our company principles states that ‘We comply with applicable laws and internal guidelines’. This means having a strong system in place to prevent non-compliance and implement measures to mitigate potential risks. As a responsible company, it is of the greatest importance to us to be able to identify and counteract any potential misconduct as early as possible.

We encourage an open and honest culture and encourage our colleagues, business partners and third parties to speak up and report any potential compliance breaches.

Rules of conduct for employees

Our rules of conduct for employees form the framework for how our employees should behave. The rules of conduct derive from our corporate principle "We comply with applicable laws and internal guidelines’" and summarizes the rights and obligations of our employees.
